When you place an order, sign up for a contest, or become a member (see heading “members” below) with “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing” we may collect information that may include, but not limited to your name, address, email address, gender, date of birth, payment information, etc. which will not be shared, except to successfully fill, ship, and process your orders. “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing” will not share any of your information with other vendors without your written consent, unless deemed necessary for the purpose of processing your order(s) and/or payment(s). Your information may also be used for security purposes, to reasonably prove you are who you claim to be and are paying with your credit card. This information is limited to key personnel within “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing” for the sole purpose of processing, shipping, and payment processing for your purchases. However, we may correct or supplement your address information with standardized postal representation in order to ensure your orders are delivered timely and to keep our products and services at the lowest possible costs to our customers.
You may change or update your personal information by using the ‘My Account’ or ‘Contact Us’ link(s) at the bottom of our website; you may also deactivate your account by following the same step.
We reserve the right to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with any/all current judicial proceeding(s), a court order or legal process served on our website.
We may use session cookies to provide a seamless experience on our site and to combine with our log files to enable us to understand our site traffic and analyze our demographic information in aggregate form. If your browser has been set to reject cookies, our site may not identify you when you enter causing you to have to manually type in your ID and password.
We may send out email messages alerting you to products or reminding you about promotional offers. In addition, you may receive communication from us if we need to: respond to an inquiry you made, receive your orders, or contact you for contest results; if by form of email, such emails may or may not contain other promotions.

Members
Becoming a member with “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing” will make your online shopping faster and easier. You will receive your own login and password to use on our website. We can store your shipping addresses and payment information to save time at checkout. You can also save your shopping basket, check order statuses, save your favorite non-profit (see “Giving” heading below), receive periodic member only promotional savings, and review order history. We will securely store your registration information, so you can add, delete, or change your information using your login and password. When placing your order you will be given a chance to sign up and receive an instant savings or free gift for becoming a new member.
Product Information
When available we use American made products with 100% cotton for our shirts.
Giving and Fundraising
We give a portion of all our proceeds to selected “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing” non-profit organizations. All non-profit organizations are selected at the sole discretion of “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing”. We offer a list of approved non-profit charities to select from when ordering. We may provide a percentage next to each item to let you know the minimum amount of the retail price that will be donated along with a suggested non-profit charity for that specific design. The percentage amount will be the minimum amount donated to the non-profit charity you selected from our approved list of charities, however additional amounts may be donated to other non-profit charities at the sole discretion of “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing”. Certain products will be limited to only one approved non-profit charity due to contests or promotions during the time period deemed suitable by “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing”. If at any time a charity is not listed with a purchase, a non-profit charity will be selected at the sole discretion of “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing”.
We are open to discuss special fundraising options for those special occasions and may periodically offer a fundraising event for an individual, group, or organization who is not a non-profit organization. For discussion, please feel free to use our contact us link below to initiate your ideas and/or requests.
Returns and Cancellation Policies
We have a money back satisfaction guarantee return policy when the following criteria have been met:
- Item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free from hair, odor(s), stains, or deodorant marks.
- Purchased within 45 days.
- Shipping refunded if “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing” deems the return is a result of our error (you received a defective item or an incorrect item, etc.); “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing” will not pay any express shipping charges.
- Include a completed “Request for Return” form with the product.
- Product and “Request for Return” form are Shipped to: Sozo Apparel, Attn: Returns, P.O. Box Scottsdale, AZ 85257.
Any item(s) that do not meet the above criteria will be refunded or exchanged at the sole discretion of “Sozo Apparel & Screen Printing”.
You should expect a refund or exchange within 3-6 weeks of your shipping date. The specific time period will be dictated by: the shipping company used to send the product back, our processing time, and the transit time of USPS for check refunds or exchanges, and credit card processing time for credit card refunds.

If for any reason you need to modify or cancel your order it must be done prior to midnight eastern standard time the day you place your order. Please use the “Contact Us” link to let us know your invoice number and a detailed description of your changes and we will make every attempt to accommodate you.
Shipping & Delivery
We can ship to anywhere in the United States and most addresses in the world. There are restrictions for some products with international destinations. All shipping rates are based on weight and will be rounded up to the next full pound when shipping costs are determined. Products ordered from our site will be received by our shipping carrier the next day, unless we are out of stock. Please be sure to let us know of any specific carrier’s shipping restrictions that may be in place for the specific address you are having us ship to. The average price range to ship one shirt within the U.S. by USPS is $3.25-$4.00 for the first shirt, with varying amounts for each additional shirt/item. The shipping cost/rates will appear when you check out with your selected items.
International postage prices will vary depending on where you live according to postal zoning charts. Some countries have additional fees independent from the carrier used. To know how much to expect please contact your local customs office or branch office of the postal service before placing your order. Customs requires your full invoice amount to be disclosed on the form and in the box.
If you are on a military base, please be sure you address your mail correctly, so it will be routed properly through the military mail system. Some pointers your addresses should reflect:
- Grade.
- Full name with middle initial or name.
- PSC number.
- Unit number or ship name.
- Replace city name with “APO” or “FPO”.
- Replace state with “AA”, “AE”, or “AP”.
- Use military zip code.
- United States should always be your country.
- Organization name included if you have it.
